At the main menu, click on Drawings -> Edit Mult. A Drawing Item search screen will display.
Enter in the Product Code to Edit. In the Result Columns select up to five data elements you wish to modify and click Search.
A list of Drawings that include the Search Criteria selected above will be displayed. Edit as many Drawing Items that you need to change. Enter All, or select an individual selection box.
After all items have been selected and modified, click Submit.
