Drawing Release Wizard 3

Next you will start to add items to Drawing Also known as the Engineering Drawing. When referring to a "Drawing: in the CMMS system, the usual reference is to the electronic rendition of a plotted engineering drawing that was created during the material takeoff process. Release by two(2) ways.  One is by clicking the Select All link.  This will select all items in Drawing for Release.  Then enter in Release Qty and Tag Number.  If the Item is Complete check the check box in the Status field beside Complete.  (This function will make sure that the item will not be purchased).  The second way to Release Material is by selecting one by one item(s) for Release.  Then field in Status if necessary.  Once you have selected your Items click on Submit.  A confirmation menu will appear, click OK.  The Customize List of Search Results screen will appear than.
